Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam on the enduring legacy of selfless sacrifice
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam, highlighting that those who sacrifice for the welfare of others attain immortality:
“जयन्ति ते सुकृतिनो रससिद्धाः कवीश्वराः।
नास्ति येषां यशःकाये जरामरणजं भयम्॥”
Shri Modi also said that Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee’s sacrifice for India’s unity, integrity and self-respect will continue to inspire every generation.
The Prime Minister posted on X:
भारतवर्ष की एकता, अखंडता और स्वाभिमान के लिए डॉ. श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी का बलिदान हर पीढ़ी को प्रेरित करता रहेगा।
