*Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj’s Timeless Teachings Reach Villagers Through Documentary Screening*
Sangrur, July 25:
As part of the special awareness campaign launched by the Punjab Government to commemorate the 650th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj, a documentary based on the life, teachings, and invaluable contribution of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj to society was screened at Village Gaggarpur.
A large number of villagers attended the screening and gained deeper insight into the life journey of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj, his message of humanity, equality, brotherhood, and social justice.
Village Sarpanch Kulwinder Singh said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government has undertaken this unique initiative to celebrate the 650th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj with reverence and respect while taking his life and teachings to every household. He said that Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj’s message of equality, brotherhood, and humanity remains as relevant today as ever.
He appealed to the villagers to imbibe the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj in their daily lives and contribute towards strengthening the values of mutual love, communal harmony, and equality in society.
