Nasha Mukti Morcha Reviews Strategy to Intensify ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’ Campaign in Dhuri Constituency

Reaffirming the Punjab Government’s unwavering commitment to eradicate the menace of drugs from the state, a meeting of the Nasha Mukti Morcha team of Dhuri constituency was convened under the leadership of Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon to review and strengthen the implementation of the Government’s flagship ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’ campaign.
The meeting focused on the directions issued by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for making every village drug-free and on chalking out a coordinated strategy to intensify awareness and community participation across the constituency.
Addressing the meeting, Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon said that the Punjab Government is pursuing a comprehensive and determined campaign against drug abuse, with equal emphasis on enforcement, prevention and public awareness. He stressed that the active participation of every section of society is vital to transform the campaign into a people’s movement and ensure lasting success.
He urged the office-bearers and members of the Nasha Mukti Morcha to strengthen grassroots outreach by educating people, particularly the youth, about the harmful consequences of drug abuse and motivating communities to actively support the Government’s mission of building a drug-free Punjab.
